Corpora: prep + who/m

For those who are not already too disgusted with this thread, I ran
across the following, which seems to support both those who say that
prep+wh(om) is alive in written discourse, and those who claim that it
is at best difficult in oral discourse.
Recent court decisions have apparently forced some cable
companies to divest themselves of some customers. The following was
part of a 'how-to' notice which appeared on cable TV on a national
network. An announcer read the announcement, which was shown written on
the TV screen. At one point, the announcement was telling the affected
viewers that they would have to get in touch with the stations
... from which they will have to request a waiver.
The announcer said
... which they will have to request a waiver from.

Whom (read: which) erat demostratum
