The School of Computing and Information Systems at the
University of Sunderland has a number of vacancies for
teaching staff. although the staff recruited will be expected
to teach in areas other than Knowledge Engineering or
Natural Language Engineering applications from people
who will support and extend our existing active KE or
NLE groups (or one of our other active research areas)
will be especially welcome.

The School of Computing and Information Systems needs
to supplement its lecturing staff for
September and is looking for enthusiastic computing
practitioners and teachers who can assist us in
the following areas:

* Programming (C, C++, VB)
* Networks and Communications
* Desk-top products (Excel, Access, Word)
* Systems Analysis and Design

Your duties will include preparation for and delivery of
teaching including assessment and the
marking of assignments and tests. You will be working in
the stunning new building recently opened
for the School of Computing and Information Systems
using an advanced network of PCs, SUN
workstations and POWERPCs.
