    Hi everybody.

    Does any of you know of a program that, taking English orthographically
    transcribed words as input (or word+POS pairs), produces phonetically
    transcribed English as output? (American English or British English). Or,
    at least, a program that guesses the number of syllables of an input word?

    Failing that, does anybody know of any English phonetic dictionary besides
    the one that is part of CELEX?

    And/or of lists of English spelling-to-pronunciation rules?
