I would like to announce the availability of the

Stuttgart Finite State Transducer (SFST) Tools

for the implementation of morphological analysers and other tools
which are based on finite state technology. The SFST tools are
efficient, easy to use, and they come with a C++ library. They are
distributed under the GNU Public License and can be downloaded at
http://www.ims.uni-stuttgart.de/projekte/gramotron/SOFTWARE/SFST.html
