    I asked the same question about three years ago. In the end I found nothing on the web, but managed to get off-line lists used in two corpus projects XLEX, http://xlex.uni-muenster.de/ , and GRAMOTRON, http://www.ims.uni-stuttgart.de/projekte/gramotron/RESOURCES/German-Lexicon-en.html

    There're also plans to produce such lists in the DWDS project, http://www.dwds.de/pages/pages_info/dwds_info.htm

    Also there used to be a frequency list of word forms from IDS, but I didn't find it on their redesigned website, http://www.ids-mannheim.de/
