    National ICT Australia Limited :: Victoria Laboratories

    National ICT Australia (NICTA) is Australia's Centre of Excellence for
    Information and Communication Technology with sites in Sydney,
    Canberra and Melbourne. Funded by the Federal, New South Wales,
    Australian Capital Territory and Victorian governments, and partner
    universities, NICTA is an exciting research institution which focuses
    on research and development in information and communications
    technology.

    NICTA is seeking applications from high performing and entrepreneurial
    researchers or recently graduated PhD students in Information and
    Communication Technology (ICT) disciplines for appointment as NICTA
    Researchers in NICTA's Victoria Laboratories, located at the
    University of Melbourne. These positions will offer opportunities to
    work in highly focused interdisciplinary teams and to carry out
    research in leading-edge technologies. We expect these positions to be
    highly competitive, and excellence of research record and potential to
    contribute to the mission of NICTA will be key factors in selecting
    applicants. All positions will be fixed term ranging from 1 to 5 years
    with a possibility of extension.
