[Corpora-List] word frequency lists for French, Italian, German, Spanish?

Hi

I'm looking for word frequency lists for French, Italian, German, Spanish. They
can be in WordSmith Tools format or ASCII. I also need the reference for the
corpus/corpora which they were extracted from. If they cannot be released in
full, just the top 50 thousand frequencies will do.
