The Language Bank of Finland maintained at the Finnish IT center for
science has 180 million running words of Finnish from newspapers,
periodicals and books of fiction and fact.

Academic usage is regularly free of charge, commercial use is charged. Not
all corpora in the bank are available for commercial use. All usage
requires a user name and password. Users are not allowed to download
corpus files, but can access them on an interactive server or via an
extranet service using a web browser. All documentation is in Finnish (and
    Swedish).

If all the above sounds OK, you are invited to apply for a user name
either using the following web form (in Finnish):

    http://www.csc.fi/hakemukset/wwwlomake/index.phtml?lomake=Kielipankki

or by following the English instructions here:

    Best regards,
