[Corpora-List] problem with convering NEGRA data set to CNF format

Dear All,
I want to convert NEGRA data set to CNF format in order to test it on inside
outside alogithm (unsupervised grammar induction),
But after conversion, about 200,000 non-terminal were added for
binarization, which caused it impractical to test inside outside,..
does any body have a expereince with convertion to CNF format ? how did he
solve this problem?
