    The answer to most of these questions is yes. The software you need is
    indeed the pizzachef, and osx. I have now written a web page giving full
    details of how to use them for this purpose: check out
    http://www.natcorp.ox.ac.uk/migration.html -- only a preliminary version,
    but it should get you started.
