    Dear colleagues,

I'd like to announce the first version of a site I've put together dedicated to
    the lexis of Business English.

    http://users.utu.fi/micnel/business_english_lexis_site.htm

This site is similar in intent to Averil Coxhead's wonderful Academic Word List
site, and is intended as a free resource for teachers/researchers interested in
business English. It consists of the results of my corpus-based analysis of
business English in the form of word lists showing the key words of business
and their collocates and semantic prosodies. There are also some free teaching
materials to download. The site is not complete, but I've delayed it long
enough so please just take it on an as is basis. I hope to complete the site in
    the near future.

For any correspondence, please mail me at mike.nelson@utu.fi.

    Best wishes,

    Mike
