Hello!
I am looking for an electronic corpus of Egyptian Arabic Data available for
students. I have been trying to establish my own corpus of Egyptian Arabic
text, but I have had trouble finding an optical character recognition
program (software) which works with the "invented" latin alphabet letters of
the arabic transcription alphabet. Can you recommend a trainable ocr which
works with letters that are not part of the alphabet of any language? Is
there such a corpus available, already?
