I have just done one to check I haven't forgotten.

    The procedure is simple.

Select your texts in the normal way.
Then you can either go to settings/adjust settings/indexing or click on
index/new index and WS will take you directly there.

In indexing put in the file name and location of your new list, ie
    c:\wsmith\wordlist\mylist

Click on activated and file order, you can use the default settings for the
rest or alter as you need.

Return to Wordlist and click again on new index.

In theory your list will be made as WS will have added wdx to the file name.

Once you have the file, save it then close wordlist down.

Open wordlist again and click on index/alphabetical list and your file
    should be there.

I don't know if the shutting down stage is needed on all machines, mine
    certainly won't paly ball without.

    Hope this works

    best

    Geoffrey
