For a German resource in the finance/business domain, try
Mr. Honey's Business English Dictionary (German/English).

For multilingual dictionaries, the EU resources Eurodicautom
(used by the commission's translation service) and Euterpe
(European parliament terminlogy database) should contain a lot
of financial/legal terms as well. It may be difficult to obtain
the data; we used them for a EU-funded multilingual search engine
    project.
