    By chance, I happen to be at a conference now with Alan.  He told me that Sonia Lama was a student of his at the University of Forli and the information in his book was in reference to her dissertation  I am now trying to see if there in some way you can locate her through the university. I will get back to you as soon as I can with the steps you need to take to do this through Forli
