    At Tilburg University in Holland, Department of Linguistics,
    there is a vacancy for a full-time:

    for the project "Synchronic register variation in mono- and bilingual Turkish"

    Babylon, Center for studies of Multilingualism in the multicultural Society
    (see www.kub.nl) offers a 4-year position for a Ph.D. student as part of
    the project 'Synchronic register variation in mono- and bilingual Turkish'.
    The project focuses on variation in Turkish as it is spoken in Turkey and
    by the bilingual immigrant community in Holland. Tasks consist of building
    up a corpus of natural spoken Turkish, and analyzing selected aspects, in
    close cooperation with the principal investigator and a research assistant.
    Candidates must have a sound knowledge of Turkish and possess a Masters
    diploma that testifies to an affinity with the fields of sociolinguistics
    and/or corpus linguistics. For further information or a more detailed

    The collective labour agreement of Tilburg University applies. You will
    have a 4-year contract. The starting salary is 1551 euro gross per month
