    Dear all,

    can anyone help me with the following problem:

    I have been trying to index and register BNC-World subcorpora by
    using a tool called 'indexer.exe'. I cannot retrace where/who I got it
    from (it was contained in a zip-archive 'client0416.zip'), but I have
    the impression that it is the correct indexer-tool, i.e. the one
    referred to in the SARA-documentation accompanying the BNC-
    World. ('indexer.exe' doesn't seem to be included in the BNC-World
    package itself.)

    Anyway, 'indexer.exe' always breaks off after saying 'lemma
    scheme null' in the DOS-display, and Windows reports an error.
    Indexing fails to be completed.

    I'm running the BNC-World and SARA on a stand-alone machine
    under Windows.

    Could anyone tell me what's going wrong and how to fix the
    problem?

    Thanks in advance,
    Carsten Breul
