Corpora: metrical scanner/parser

Dear list members,

I am looking for a metrical scanner or parser to use on poetry. In other
words, a computer program that can take as input a text file of a poem and
produce as output a list of tags that indicate the type of meter and where
in the poem it takes place. Are you aware of anything that could possibly
fit this description?

I will post a summary of results.
