Corpora: frequency list of German words

Hi all,

I'm looking for a frequency list of German words, which is
lemmatized, includes frequency values and, preferably, POS tags.
In short: something like BNC lists from Adam Kilgariff
(http://www.itri.bton.ac.uk/~Adam.Kilgarriff/bnc-readme.html).
IDS (http://www.ids-mannheim.de/) is a good resource, but it
provides nothing of the sort.
