In the "Discovery Section" of the Grammar we provide learners with a number of
authentic sentences from the BNC and guide them via tasks towards suitable
explanations of specific uses of continuous/simple forms, conditional sentences,
relative clauses. This inductive approach provides more advanced learners with a
variety of examples of usage without overwhelming them with data.
