The TIMMS-R study is an international study of 8th grade math and science
teaching in 7 countries. The study is run primarily by LessonLab, Inc.
(www.lessonlab.com). They have a very large corpus of transcribed
classroom talk, but it will not be released to the public until after the
study is completed in another year or so. Still, you might try to contact
LessonLab to inquire about the eventual availability of the data.
