    The Linguistic Data Consortium (LDC) distributes several Mandarin
    Chinese corpora.

    The CALLHOME Mandarin Chinese Lexicon (LDC96L15) may be your closest
    match. Please visit the following in our online Catalog:

    The corpus includes two information fields with tone representations.

    If this isn't quite what you had in mind, you may also search the
