Dear list members,

In Corpus linguistics (1996:18), Tony McEnery and Andrew Wilson give the
following table ("studies" is the number of corpus studies conducted during
the period).

Date studies
to 1965 10
1966-1970 20
1971-1975 30
1976-1980 80
1981-1985 160
1986-1991 320

Would anyone have figures (or estimates) for the two lines that could now be
added 1991-1996 and 1996-2001 ?
