from BCL software, try :
DRAKE 4.0 : pdf to rtf
MAGELLAN 4.2 : pdf to html
Freebird 4.0 : pdf to image files
- they work on windows 95/98/nt and need acrobat 4 (not only the reader)

- I have only tried a version limited in time of drake

may be you can download the evaluation version from
www.bcl-computers.com or www.str.fr
