    Gabriella and all:

Yes, Happy Easter. And Yes, there surely is a problem.

The little I have read about this indicated to me that there is a serious
intellectual issue about the distinctness of code switching and language
borrowings. They may be simply two ways to describe the same events. Or
they may be describing two collections of events that have some overlap. Or
there may be a hard-to-find way of defining them so that they do not
    intersect at all.

Prototype theory, and generally avoiding the practice of defining categories
by their boundaries may help. Or it may not. Or there may be an
    intersection ....
