Two teachers are needed in Henan Normal (Teachers) University from August
(or September) 2001 for the coming academic year (August 2001-July 2002).
One teacher will teach English writing and the other will teach English
conversation.
Both teachers must be native English speakers. For the English conversation
course, a graduating student is acceptable. But for the writing course, some
teaching experience with a degree of MA is preferred.
The main working and living conditions offered by this university are as
follows: Round-trip international air tickets ( between the city from which
you leave your country and Beijing), a well-equipped and well-furnished
apartment on campus (free of charge), free medical care, a monthly salary of
2200 to 2800 Chinese Yuan, 2200 Chinese Yuan vacation allowance, picking up
service in Beijing costs are also covered.
This university is in Xinxiang City, Henan Province which is in the north of
China.
The English Department of this univeristy has a good foundation using
corpora in language teaching and academic research.
