<i am looking for a word frequency list of standard german for language
<teaching purposes. actually, the most important 1000 words would do.

You can consult the list of the Universität Leipzig. You can download
different
lists (100 or 1.000 or 10.000 words). They are made out of their corpora.
Even if
they are not for language teaching purposes I think they could be useful.
