Hello,

Some people complained that they can't read Chinese characters in my thesis. So
I have added PS version of my thesis in the website:
http://www.dcs.shef.ac.uk/~piao/Research/Phdwork/phd_thesis.htm
So the Chinese characters in the thesis are readable/printable now (with Chinese
reading software).

As to the Chinese characters in html files (appendixes), I suggest to use
Netscape navigator for a better display.
