    Unfortunately Tractor doesn't have anything Albanian, but a Google
    search did find a very interesting page
    http://www.ling.uni-potsdam.de/gk/stipendiaten/trommer/albanian.html
    with links to a 'Large Archive of electronic Albanian Newspaper text'.
    Also, it seems that the ECI/MCI corpus has one Albanian novel on it.
