Someone I know who is planning an internet start-up asked me whether I
could put him in touch with a commercially-available lemmatizer for
British English which works robustly. Does anyone know of an "obvious"
answer to this? (By "commercially available" I mean that his company will
be quite willing to pay a commercial fee for use of a finished product.)
