    The University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory has a vacancy for a
    University Lecturer or University Assistant Lecturer in the area of
    computational linguistics and natural language processing, to take up
    appointment on 1 October 2000 or as soon as possible thereafter.
    Candidates are expected to have a demonstrated ability or clear
    potential to conduct research at an international level of excellence
    in their chosen speciality. Candidates will also be expected to have
    proven teaching abilities. The person appointed will be required to
    make a significant contribution to the teaching and organisation of
    the MPhil in Computer Speech and Language Processing.
