At the CALL'99 conference at Exeter there were several papers on the use
of email, chat-rooms, MOOs, etc for students learning languages. Some
of these (fairly small) corpora might be available for research...
The Conference Proceedings are available from Elm Bank Publications,
24 Velwell Road, Exeter, EX4 4LE, UK.
