However, I now find that it requires other files (lexicon, bigrams, lexical
rules, and contextual rules) which do not seem to be available at this site
(or if they are, it isn't clear to me where they are and what they are
called).
The accompanying explanation only says : "for English you can....use Brill's
original files." Fine, but where are they?
If anyone has been able to get this Windows version to successfully tag
English text, please e-mail me -- I could use a little help finding all the
files.
