some time ago I inquired about the proceedings of TALC and PALC. As others
seemed to be interested in these as well, the picture seems to be as follows:
Some of the TALC 94 papers can be found in 'Teaching and Language Corpora'
(Anne Wichmann et al 1997, Longman).
The TALC 96 proceedings were originally published by UCREL (see
http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/computing/research/ucrel/tech_papers.html), but
another volume is about to come out with Rodopi (Multilingual Corpora in
Teaching and Research, ed. by Simon Botley, Tony McEnery & Andrew Wilson).
TALC 98 will be published by Peter Lang, Frankfurt/M, ed. by Lou Burnard &
Tony McEnery.
As for PALC, the 1997 papers were published as:
PALC'97: Practical Applications in Language Corpora, ed. by Barbara
Lewandowska-Tomaszczyk & Patrick Melia, Lodz University, Lodz/Poland.
