Dear Charles,

well, I know the LIPPS group worked on the construction of corpora of
code switching data using a mark-up scheme called LIDES, which was culled from
the CHILDES mark up system, as I recall. Currently at Lancaster we are working
on a TEI approach to marking up code switching data working on a sopken corpus
of Sylheti as spoken in the UK. That is about all I am aware of that identifies
itself as corpus based, though there have been plenty of studies of code
switching, based on attested language use, which could be called corpus
linguistics. In large part, the LIPPS/LIDES work grew from that tradition
towards corpus linguistics via CHILDES. Hope this helps.
