No, but Hideki Kozima's dissertation presents the theory & basic algorithm:

"Computing Lexical Cohesion as a Tool for Text Analysis"

I also found (by the same author) to be helpful:

"Similarity between Words Computed by Spreading Activation on an English
Dictionary"

where the equations are stated fairly simply w/ numerical examples.
