I assume this is a reference to the Extended Polytechnic of Wales
Corpus, which is available from the Oxford Text Archive whose email
address is now archive@oucs.ox.ac.uk (see also http://ota.ahds.ac.uk).
The address Clive gave you is on a machine (vax.ox.ac.uk) which was
retired over 5 years ago...
