it is possible to help the process of defending anybody that the
owners of this patent try to sue by sending a copy of any dated
literature that you have which invalidates the patent to the US Patent
Office. there is a procedure for attaching the information that you
send to the patent itself so that anybody who asks will be told about
the information. this would make the information available to any
defendants in an infringement case.
