In 1988 AT&T announced.....first neural chip. ..... based on the
behaviour of nerve networks ....... rather than traditional chips. If a
picture is once shown to this chip, in future any part of that picture will
call forth the whole picture. There is reconstruction of the whole which is
triggered by any part of the whole.
I hope that there is a provocation that might lead to something useful.
