Corpora: SPELLCHECKER QUERY

Does anyone know of any SPELLCHECKING SOFTWARE that allows you to make your
own dictionary from scratch? (As far as I know, wordprocessing packages only
permit the addition of user dictionaries to their existing dictionary.)
