Well, the consensus among those few who responded to your posting.
I'ld prefer an unmoderated list without delays or if people feel that
there is to much noise on this list an automatically moderated list
along the lines of http://www.boutell.com/boutell/usenet2.html that was
mentioned in John D. Burger's mail.
