Let's moderate

I'm basically in favor of moderation also as a means of keeping out the spam.
However, if we do choose to go with a moderator, I hope the moderator will
focus primarily on keeping out the junk. Aside from the junk, I don't think
we've had any other problems with the discourse on this list.
