Dear sirs.
I am blind, Brazilian, and user of Dosvox system, created for some blind
people here in Rio de Janeiro, with the purpose of help all blind people
of ?Brazil to study and work the better they can.
We don't have voice synthesizers in Brazil and bring them from USA or
others countries is very difficult and expensive. So, we are using our
system that is enough to our needs. We have Text Editor, Calculator,
Phone book, business bool, print program, Net program, to send/receive
mails, read homepages through lynx, Bible program, and some games. All
programs are interative and we work together with the computer. Now, we
are trying to find Dictionaries text files, as English/English as
English/Spanish to our users. A friend gave me your address mail and
encouraged me to write to you asking for the possibility of get these
text files. We don't want dictionaries programs, because we couldn't use
them, but the text files only and we will create a program to use them
through sound blaster.
Do you have these files? Could you send them to us, authorizing us to
use them in our Project?
I'd appreciate your answer and thank you in advance.
Please excuse my poor English, but our purpose is help more then one
thousand of users of Dosvox Project in our country.
