Unfortunately, you didn't mention your hardware and operating system
specs.

So, in case you use a SPARCstation running SunOS 4.1.x or Solaris 2.x, or
you have a PC running Linux, I can recommend the IMS Corpus Workbench. It
is available for free for non-commercial purposes. Contact Oliver Christ,
