The Linguistic Data Consortium (LDC) distributes a collection called
the Air Traffic Control Corpus (ATC0). This corpus is composed of
approximately 70 hours of voice communication traffic between
controllers and pilots.

The nonmember cost of this collection is US$1250. There is also a
shipping and handling charge of US$30 for domestic organizations and
US$50 for international organizations. Nonmember must sign the
nonmember user agreement in the catalog on the LDC's World Wide Web
site. The URL for the LDC home page is:

http://www.ldc.upenn.edu

Members of the 1994 membership year (MY) can receive one free copy of
this corpus. ATC is also being offered in the 1997 membership year
(MY).

More information about ATC and the LDC membership policies is
available on the LDC web site.

Sincerely,

Sarah Parnum
