Dear netter,

I'm now assisting DOD (Department of Defense) to search sources of
computer-related foreign language lexical resources and sources to convert
foreign language hard-copy lexical resources into computer-readable form. Am
example is the purchase of an Armenia-English dictionary or Dutch-English
dictionary, each of which is already in computer-readable form, or the
converting of a hardcopy Armenian-English or hardcopy Dutch-English dictionary
into computer-readable form.

We are interested in the following languages:
African: Africaan, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Xhosa
Asian: Burmese, Cambodian, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Lanna, Lao,
Pashto, Punjabi, Shan, Thai, Urdu, Vietnamese
European: Bulgarian, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian,
Kurdish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish.
Middle Eastern: Arabic, Persian(Farsi), Libyan, Sotho
Russian: Armenian, Belarussian, Georgian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Russian, Tajik,
Ukrainian

If you know any universities, institutions or companies (must be in the
U.S.A.) that are able to provide this resources or services, please let me
know as soon as possible. We have contacted University of Pennsylvania and MRM
