Automatic abridgment program

Hello,
Does anyone know if a program called `abridge'
is being sold? The program reads in a text and
produces an abridgment (`summary') using the
technique known as `bonding analysis' (Hoey 1991).
If people know of the company that's published
the software, could they drop me a line? Thanks
