The 'IMS Mutual Information tool' is just a prototypical
implementation of the standard MI algorithm. It is based on the IMS
corpus workbench, i.e. it reads the corpus text in an indexed format.
While the IMS corpus workbench is freely available for research
purposes, the MI tool is not generally available -- it is not part of
the standard distribution.
