dear Ari
There is a useful web site on corpus linguistics run by someone called Mike
Barlow. It includes a section on using corpora as a language-teaching tool,
with a good bibliography (where the recurring names are Tim Johns, Chris
Tribble, and Vance Stevens) and i think links to a couple of relevant
(online) papers. I would say, though, that it relates pretty exclusively to
the use of corpus data in the teaching of *English*.
