corpus of examination scripts in English??

As part of a project to analyze the writing of Hong Kong learners of English
(now at c. 7 mil words), I'm collecting a "control" corpus of the writing of
English NS school-leavers. I'm especially interested in essay sections of
exam scripts -- written in response to general knowledge prompts (so that
it's not too dependent on memorized lexis). I've transcribed .5 mil thanks
to the good people at the Cambridge Exam Syndicate and am looking for
another .5 mil. I've got funding to transcribe another .5 mil.
Any suggestions or contacts that I could follow up (British or American)?
